BuilderMT's main focus is to provide
industry-specific, best-of-breed solutions to the residential
construction market. Our solutions focus on work process
management - combined with the latest in communications
technology - provide residential builders with solutions
that improve efficiency and ultimately improve profitability.
In the mid-1990’s, we identified
a growing need in the homebuilder industry for an integrated
solution. We began development of Production Management
- although it was first known as ProHome, the Homebuilder
Management Solution, powered by Timberline. This was
a modern, integrated suite of applications built around
a central module and rock-solid financial systems.
In 1998, we began marketing the solution
to the homebuilding industry and formed BuilderMT in
2001. In 2002, Timberline Software Corporation made
the decision to market our solution as part of the Timberline®
Office solution for the residential builder: under the
name Production Management. We currently have hundreds
of clients nationwide.
We continue to grow and improve.

the residential builder we continue work on future enhancements.

as well as annual User Group meetings where users can
