Due to our experience in and with the residential
building industry, we have extensive domain expertise
in recommending best business practices and work flow
processes. We have also forged alliances with many
of the leading industry business consultants. We can

recommend improved processes and facilitate the implementation
of these improved workflows.
- Software
Implementation
We can implement the complete production management
solution, including any ancillary software modules,
in your company. Our consultant staff, fully certified by BuilderMT and Timberline Software, as well we in cooperation with Explorer Software’s Professional Services consultants, has many years experience in performing needs analysis, the installation and initial set-up of software solutions and comprehensive end-user training.
