  We can implement the complete production management solution, including any ancillary software modules, in your company. Our consultant staff, fully certified by BuilderMT and Timberline Software, has many years experience in performing needs analysis, the installation and initial set-up of software solutions and comprehensive end-user training. These implementation and training efforts will be tailored to your company’s unique needs and requirements.

• Custom End-User Training
  Comprehensive end-user training is accomplished through a combination of high-quality classroom training and on-site training for your personnel that has been specifically customized for your company and its unique processes. • Custom Cost Databases
  BuilderMT Consultants have many years' experience in creating custom Model/Option cost databases for use with production management. These databases are developed using the builder’s own model and cost data. Our consultants can also convert your existing detailed estimating database to make it production management-ready. This will allow you to continue to perform detailed takeoffs, using all the power of Timberline’s Estimating program, without the need for building a dedicated Model/Option database.

• Custom Report Writing Services
  BuilderMT offers customer report writing services for both BuilderMT Report Builder application and Timberline Reporting tools. Many of the reports that are included in the reports library for Production Management - including Timberline, and Production Scheduling - can be modified to fit your specific needs.
