Lean Building is an Instinct

Scott Sedam of TrueNorth Development has teamed with ITW Instinct and other sponsors to present a dynamic, one day workshop on lean residential construction. The guiding principles of Lean have transformed every industry they touch. Lean removes waste from systems and processes, and that removes cost. TrueNorth is so successful in applying these principles to homebuilding that they guarantee their results in writing. The Instinct team will demonstrate "best of breed" BIM tools, and teamwork to manage and deliver lean results – from concept to construction.
