
The lot phase status (cutoff phase) assigned to the job determines which options will still be available in the sales center for each lot/job.

The method for updating the Lot Phase Status field will be affected by the settings in Master Job Synchronization Settings. Please verify whether the synchronization settings will or will not update the field appropriately and change the settings if necessary. See Accounting and Estimating DB Settings and Updating Job Fields. |

Recording the lot phase status in the Jobs screen will not be a valid method if the client is using the Scheduling module. The lot phase status will update on the job each time an activity designated as a cutoff phase is checked as "completed" in Scheduling. |
From Setup menu, select Jobs. Or, click the
Jobs icon on the Setup toolbar.
Select the specific job using the Jobs Toolbar.
Follow the appropriate method for assigning lot phase status, either in Timberline or WMS:
If the lot phase status (cutoff phase) is assigned to the job in Sage Timberline® Office, click the
Synchronize to Timberline icon for the Lot Phase Status field to synchronize this specific field with Job Cost. (See Assign Cutoff Phases in Sage Timberline Office under Job Setup in Timberline for more information.)
If the lot phase status (cutoff phase) is assigned to the job in WMS, click the Lot Phase Status drop-down arrow and select the appropriate lot phase from the available phases in the list. (See Assign Cutoff Phases in Workflow Management for more information.)

Click the
Save icon to save any changes. Or, click the
Cancel icon to cancel any changes.
