Assign Lot Phase Status to Job

 

The lot phase status (cutoff phase) assigned to the job determines which options will still be available in the sales center for each lot/job.

 

Note

The method for updating the Lot Phase Status field will be affected by the settings in Master Job Synchronization Settings. Please verify whether the synchronization settings will or will not update the field appropriately and change the settings if necessary. See Accounting and Estimating DB Settings and Updating Job Fields.

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

Note

Recording the lot phase status in the Jobs screen will not be a valid method if the client is using the Scheduling module. The lot phase status will update on the job each time an activity designated as a cutoff phase is checked as "completed" in Scheduling.  

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

To assign lot phase status to a job:

  1. From Setup menu, select Jobs. Or, click the Jobs icon on the Setup toolbar.

  2. Select the specific job using the Jobs Toolbar.

  3. Follow the appropriate method for assigning lot phase status, either in Timberline or WMS:

 

 

 

 

  1. Click the Save icon to save any changes. Or, click the Cancel icon to cancel any changes.
