After setting up cutoff phases, record the lot phase status on the job within WMS, and make it available to the sales center as follows:

The method for updating the status field will also be affected by the settings in Master Job Synchronization Settings. Please verify that the synchronization settings are correct, and make necessary changes before starting this procedure. Recording the lot phase status in Setup > Jobs is a valid method if the client is using the Scheduling module. The lot phase status will be updated on the job each time an activity that is designated as a cutoff phase has been checked as completed in Scheduling. |
From the Setup menu, selectJobs, or click the
Jobs icon on the Setup toolbar.
Use the Jobs Toolbar to select a job.
Use the drop-down menu to select the appropriate lot phase status.

Click the
button to save any changes, or click the
button to cancel them.
