Sales Center Integration

 

If the client will be sending data from the Sales Pricing module to a front-end sales center, the sales center integration must be configured appropriately.

 

Understanding Sales Center Integration Options

WMS supports three different sales center integration options. These settings apply to the Sales Pricing module and allow the user to configure the data and how the data is configured and made available to the sales center.

 

Builder1440™

Builder1440 provides the leading front-end sales center with which the Sales Pricing module is designed to integrate. If this option is selected, the Sales Center (B1440) tab displays for the user to fill in appropriately. To learn more about Builder1440, visit www.builder1440.com.  

 

Sales Simplicity®

Sales Simplicity® is a leading front-end sales center with which the Sales Pricing module is designed to integrate. If this option is selected, the Sales Center (Sales Simplicity) tab displays for the user to fill in appropriately. To learn more about Sales Simplicity®, visit www.salessimplicitycom.   

 

Custom

If the company already has a custom sales center, or wishes to integrate with a sales center that is currently not officially supported by WMS, data may be output in the BuilderMT™ standard .XML file format. The client can develop the necessary internal process to use the .XML file with the custom system. If this option is selected, the Sales Center (Custom) tab displays for the user to fill in appropriately. To find out more about the .XML file specifications, please contact BuilderMT™.

 

To select the sales center integration type:

  1. From the Setup menu, select Company.
    Or, click the  Company icon within the Setup toolbar.

  2. Click the Sales Center Integration icon within the vertical list of icons on the left.



     

  3. Under Sales Center Integration, select the specific sales center to use as the front-end sales center.

 

Note

Once the sales center is selected, an additional Sales Center tab appears for the specific sales center selected. In order for the interface to work correctly, it is necessary to also complete the settings within this tab.

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

  1. Click on Save to save any changes. Complete the sales center-specific tab that appears, (unless None is selected, then proceed to setting up the accounting integration for the company as necessary, or click the Close button to exit the screen).
