Changing the Estimate's View in Issue Budgets and Issue Purchase Orders

In theIssue Budgets or Issue Purchase Orders screens, the estimate tree's view in the left pane can be expanded or collapsed.

Icons represent items contained in the estimate:

• Estimate Node -   Blue Diamond

• Option Node -  Yellow Folder

• Activity Node -  Blue Folder

• Item Node -  Green File

To change view of an estimate:

1. Point the cursor at the desired node level to expand or collapse.

2. Click the Expand All, Expand Level, Collapse All, or Collapse Level icons in the Issue Budgets toolbar.

• • Clicking Expand All at the estimate level opens every subordinate node. Clicking Collapse All at the estimate level collapses every node in the tree, exposing only the top estimate node.

  • Clicking Expand All at nodes below the estimate level opens all subordinate nodes to the selected one.

3. Edit fields at the option, activity or item level, but NOT the estimate level, in the right Detail pane.
