
These settings must be configured appropriately to allow the user to connect to and send data to the Builder1440 FTP site.
From the Setup menu, select Company.
Or, click the Company icon within the Setup toolbar.
Click the
Sales Integration icon within the vertical list of icons on the left.
Click the Sales Center (B1440) tab.

Under FTP Settings, enter the appropriate information in each field.
Address - Enter the FTP site address that Builder1440 provides.
User Name - Enter the FTP user name that Builder1440 provides.
Password - Enter the FTP user password that Builder1440 provides.
Verify - Enter the FTP user password again for verification.
Builder Code - Enter the builder code that Builder1440 provides. The builder code is a unique identifier of the data being sent to the sales center.
Port - Enter the FTP port that is used to connect to the Builder1440 site. Port 21 is the default FTP port in most cases.
Passive Mode - Some FTP sites require the connection to the FTP site to be in passive mode. verify if Builder1440 requires this option.
To verify the connection is successful to the sales center, click
.
If the connection is successful, the Connection Successful message displays.
If the connection is not successful, an error message displays.
Follow the steps outlined in Builder1440 Troubleshooting FTP Connection to research any errors connecting to the FTP site.
Click on Save to save any changes.
Continue with setting up the Accounting Integration preferences for the company as necessary, or click the Close
button to exit the screen.
