Each time an XML file is generated by WMS, it is assigned a unique name. The file name will include the user-defined base name that is entered in this screen.
The base filename is a user-defined standard name that will append to the XML file name that is output to disk or FTP site. Each time an XML file is generated, it is assigned a unique name. The file name will include the user-defined base name, the WMS base name (PMToSC), and an incrementing sequence number.
If the base file name is Test, the XML files output from the software will be named:
TestPMToSC001.xml
TestPMToSC002.xml
TestPMToSC003.xml
From the Setup menu, select Company.
Or, click the Company icon within the Setup toolbar.
Click the 
Sales Integration icon within the vertical list of icons on the left.
Click the Sales Center (Custom) tab.
From the Outbound tab, enter the appropriate filename in the Base File Name field.
Click on Save to save any changes.
