
These settings apply to the Sales Pricing module and allow the client to configure the format of the data and when the data is sent to the sales center for the division.
This setting populates the option long description in the Master Models and Options screen during replication with Estimating with any information contained in the Sage Timberline Office® Estimating assembly notes, if a note is populated on the assembly.

The Long Description field in Builder 1440 is limited to 255 characters. For sales center integration other than Builder 1440, the long description is limited to 2000 characters. |
From the Setup menu, select Divisions.
Or, click on the Divisions icon within the Setup toolbar.
Verify the division currently selected in the Division field is the correct division for which the sales center integration settings for the division will be defined. If necessary, select a different division from the Division drop-down menu.
Click the
Sales Center Integration icon within the vertical list of icons on the left.

Under Sales Center Data Options, click the Update Option Long Descriptions checkbox to turn the option on if desired.
The short description in the Sales Pricing module at the Master Models and Options level will contain the imported Sage Timberline Office assembly description.
The long description in the Sales Pricing module at the Master Models and Options level will contain the imported Sage Timberline Office Assembly Notes if they exist on the assembly.
To leave the option turned off, leave the checkbox blank.
The short description in the Sales Pricing module at the Master Models and Options level will contain the imported Sage Timberline Office Assembly Description.
The long description in the Sales Pricing module at the Master Models and Options level will contain only the information that is manually entered within the Master Models and Options screen.
Select the Lot Availability Threshold value from the drop-down list.
Click on Save.
Continue with configuring the division inbound and outbound file folders as necessary, or click the Close
button to exit the screen.
This setting determines at what point the lot information for a job will be made available to the sales center. If the Lot Availability Status on a particular job is set the same as, or to a higher setting than the value in the Lot Availability Threshold field for the division, the lot information will be sent to the sales center.
