Sales Simplicity® FTP Settings

 

These settings must be configured appropriately to allow the user to connect to and send data to the Sales Simplicity FTP site.

 

To set up FTP connection data to connect to Sales Simplicity:

  1. From the Setup menu, select Company.
    Or, click the  Company icon within the Setup toolbar.

  2. Click the Sales Integration icon within the vertical list of icons on the left.

  3. Click the Sales Center (Sales Simplicity®) tab.



     

  4. Under FTP Settings, enter the appropriate information in each field.

  5. To verify the user can successfully connect to the sales center, click .

If the connection is successful, the Connection Successful message displays.

If the connection is not successful, an error message displays.

  1. Follow the steps outlined in Sales Simplicity Troubleshooting FTP Connection to research any errors connecting to the FTP site.

  2. Click on Save to save any changes.

  3. Continue with setting up the Accounting Integration preferences for the company as necessary, or click the Close button to exit the screen.

 

Note

This screen is available only after Sales Simplicity® is selected as the sales center type in Sales Center Integration Options.
