In the Issue Budgets and Issue Purchase Orders screens, the Phase Releases sort-by view follows a cost code/job/pay point/item hierarchy. Issuing budgets and POs from these screens functions the same as in other sorted views. The user has to manually change the Sort By view to Phase Release the first time. By design, the user's sorting view is retained the next time the screen is accessed. Pricing for items can also be changed using this sorting view.
The contract's total dollar amount is visible.
Errors and warnings will appear in the Detail pane.

The Sort By Phase Releases view is not available unless the user already set up areas and phases in WMS. TheMulti-Cancel Delete Wizard is available in the Issue Budgets and Issue Purchase Orders screens when sorting by Phase Releases. |
