Delete Users

To delete a user:

  1. From the Setup menu, select Security Manager.  

  2. Click the blue Users tab in the upper left corner of the screen. The list of existing users will display in the left pane of the screen.

  3. To delete one user, click on the User ID to delete. To delete multiple users, hold the CTRL key down and click on each User ID to delete.

  4. From the application toolbar select Security Management > Delete User.  

  5. ClickYes to delete the user(s).

 

Note

Selecting No in the Confirm window will be the only opportunity to cancel the deletion process.
