Select Location Sort on Purchase Order

 

This setting determines how the items will be sorted on the purchase orders.

To select the location sort:

  1. In the Purchasing Activities screen, click the checkbox in the Location Sort column.

    • If this option is selected, items printed on the purchase order sort and print based on the value in the location field in the estimate for each item.

    • A location heading will print before the items within the location (e.g. bedroom 1, bedroom 2, etc.).

    • If both the Location Sort and Option Sort checkboxes are selected, the items sort and print by location first, then by option code.

  1. Click Save.

  • Or, click Cancel.
