A plan type is defined within WMS as single family, townhouse or condominium.
From the Sales Pricing menu select Plan Types, or click on the 
icon in the Sales Pricing toolbar to display the Plan Types window.
Condo, Single-Family, and Townhouse are the only plan types that are available in the Sales Pricing module at this time. Plan types are assigned to base models in the Master Models/Options screen.

The default plan type is selected in Setup > Divisions > Sales Pricing. The default plan type is displayed in the Master Models/Options screen, and is assigned during replication whenever a new plan comes into WMS. Use the Plan Type drop-down list to reset the default plan type as needed in the Master Models/Options screen. |
