
Before the supplier can log in to the Trade Portal, it is required that suppliers are properly set up in the WMS Setup > Suppliers screen. The highlighted fields below are required for the Trade Portal to function for the supplier.
In the WMS Setup menu select Suppliers.
Select the supplier from the drop-down menu.
Click the Contact 1 tab, and click the Access to Trade Portal checkbox.
The remaining Trade Portal licenses will decrement as access is assigned for a user.
then enter the supplier contact name in the Contact 1 field.
Mark the appropriate checkbox(es) to assign rights to the supplier:
Purchasing Contact
Scheduling Contact
Enter the supplier’s E-mail address in the Contact 1 E-mail Address field.
If desired, complete the additional fields, then clickSave.

Before exiting this window, make a note of the Supplier ID # and E-mail Address. This information is needed when the supplier logs into the Trade Portal. |
