
This process allows the user to immediately synchronize an individual field in the selected job with Sage Timberline Office Job Cost.

From the Setup menu, selectJobs.
Select the specific job using the Jobs Toolbar.
Each field that is mapped to, and synchronizes with, Sage Timberline Office Job Cost is identified by the
Synchronize to Timberline icon displayed to the right of the field name.
Move the mouse over the
Synchronize to Timberline icon associated with the specific field to synchronize. The icon will change color to green
if the field is available for individual synchronization.
Click the green
Synchronize to Timberline icon. The field immediately updates to the current value in Job Cost.
