Synchronize This Job with Sage Timberline® Office

 

This process allows the user to immediately synchronize the selected job with Sage Timberline Office Job Cost. The synchronization of data will follow the settings determined within the Accounting Integration > Synchronization tab. See the Master Job and Supplier Synchronization Settings section for an explanation of these settings.

 

To synchronize a job with Sage Timberline Office Job Cost:

  1. From the Setup menu, selectJobs.

  2. Select the specific job using the Jobs Toolbar.

  3. From the Jobs toolbar, select Synchronize This Job with Timberline.

 

 

Or, from the Jobs toolbar, click the  Synchronize This Job with Timberline icon. A progress screen appears while synchronizing.

  1. Upon completion, a prompt appears. ClickOK.

 

Note

Synchronizing fields with Job Cost will be dependent on the setup. See Accounting and Estimating DB Settings and Updating Fields for additional information.
