CN Contract - The custom description must be shortened to Cnt.
AP MiscDeduct 1 - The custom description must be shortened to MiscD1.
AP MiscDeduct 2 - The custom description must be shortened to miscD2
JC Customer The custom description must be shortened to Cust.
AR Customer - The custom description must be shortened to Cust.
JC Commitment The custom description must be shortened to 3 characters or less (example: PO). Purchase Order may not be used.
JC Extra The custom description must be shortened to 3 characters or less (examples: Ext or Opt).

The Custom Description field issues outlined above have been resolved in Sage Timberline Accounting 9.1. If the user is working with Sage Timberline Accounting 9.1, the custom description field names do not have to be shortened. |
