Job Contacts Tab

 

This tab provides contact information related to the lot/job. This tab is where the supervisor is set, which is required if the job is intended for download to a wireless device.

 

To populate the Job Contacts tab:

  1. From the Setup menu, selectJobs. Or, click the Jobs icon on the Setup toolbar.

  2. Select the specific job using the Jobs Toolbar.

  3. Click the Contacts tab.

 

 

 

Note

Each field that is mapped to, and synchronizes with, Sage Timberline Office Job Cost will be identified by the Synchronize to Timberline icon displayed to the right of the field name. To synchronize individual job fields, see Synchronize Job Field with Timberline and Master Job Synchronization Settings.

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

  1. Populate each field as desired for the particular job:

 

Note

The title of the Supervisor field is a Custom Description field that may be defined by the user. (See Custom Descriptions - Timberline Integration. The field type for this particular field is HMS_Supervisor and the default description is Supervisor.) See Assign a Supervisor to the Job.

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

    1. Supervisor E-mail - The e-mail address for the supervisor assigned to the selected job.

 

Note

The title of the Estimator field is a custom description field that may be defined by the user. See Custom Descriptions - Timberline Integration.  The field type for this particular field is HMS_Estimator and the default description is Estimator.

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

  1. Click the Save icon to save any changes entered manually. Click the Cancel icon to cancel any changes entered manually.
