Update Default Supplier on Workorders

The Update Default Suppliers on Corrigo Workorders Process Scheduler item allows you to set up how often you want the default supplier, defined by the mapping done in WMS, to update work orders in BMT Warranty. Only default supplier fields that are blank in BMT Warranty will be populated; therefore, any changes to the default supplier made in BMT Warranty will not be overwritten.

 

If you need a default supplier to update Warranty immediately, you can come in here and simply change the execution interval.

 

It is required for Warranty integration to configure this process scheduler item, otherwise the default suppliers will not update.

 

 

To open the Bmt.Net Enterprise Administration application, go to Start > Programs > BuilderMT > BmtNet > BmtNet Enterprise Administration. It is necessary to log in to the enterprise (company) and configure the process pictured above, found in the Enterprise Configuration tab, Process Scheduler applet. Click on the Help button at the top left of the screen for assistance.
