The BuilderMT Support Center is an online
support site, powered by Parature, that allows you to
access online support e-tickets, knowledge base articles,
recorded training sessions, downloads and patches for
the software modules, participate in online surveys,
and interact with discussion forums. This site is highly
interactive and integrated with the BuilderMT staff
and provides the highest level of customer service for
your needs.

Easy
drill-down navigation helps you find the information
you need right away.

Links" allow you to immediately access and
search information in the Knowledge Base, find files
available for Download or look terms in the Glossary.
The Troubleshooter asks a series of questions to
help you find the information you need on a variety

"Recently Robuck Homes decided to upgrade the servers to a complete new system. From the moment I submitted the ticket to the moment the ticket was closed Mr. Long helped every bit of the way, following up with me very promptly and answering any questions I had at any point in time. He started a remote session with me on the server and was able to complete the work in no time at all, installing the new builder MT and verifying the trade portal was functional. Through all of I do want to add that Build MT’s support center is one of the best support centers I have ever used.
