The BuilderMT Support Center is an online support site, powered by Parature, that allows you to access online support e-tickets, knowledge base articles, recorded training sessions, downloads and patches for the software modules, participate in online surveys, and interact with discussion forums. This site is highly interactive and integrated with the BuilderMT staff and provides the highest level of customer service for your needs.

Easy drill-down navigation helps you find the information you need right away.

"Quick Links" allow you to immediately access and search information in the Knowledge Base, find files available for Download or look terms in the Glossary. The Troubleshooter asks a series of questions to help you find the information you need on a variety of topics.
