LOCAL WMS CLASSROOM TRAINING COURSES

Registration for all classes is
required. To guarantee seat availability for the classroom-based WMS class, BuilderMT
requires that registration be complete two weeks prior to class. Unfortunately, if
registration occurs outside this guideline, BuilderMT is unable to guarantee seat availability. Web-based training requires 24-hour advanced notice.

Most classroom-based WMS classes run
8:30 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. and cost $400-$450 per person per day. Web-based WMS classes run from 2 to 4 hours, depending on the content, and cost $125 an hour. Most
Trade Portal training courses run for approximately 2 hours and cost
$100 per person. We also have a training CD available for
purchase, which is a tool intended for builders to give to their trades
to learn how to use the Trade Portal.

Management Suite:
"We have had a lot of staff changes brought about by market conditions that forced us to revisit the cost/benefit of our various technology systems. Staff attrition from the market slowdown and people changing careers took a heavy toll on people we trained and a lot of soft knowledge went out the door as they moved on. We ended up with workaround solutions and band aids on WMS to keep it working and it was a mess. We had man-made problems that had been plaguing us and were concerned that we would never get the leverage out of the system without a lot of people to operate it. Donna recommended that we take the purchasing/scheduling/sales pricing training and it was worth every penny. Although I was involved in our original set up and implementation, it was the first time I had attended WMS training and it was great to revisit the basics of the system, and learn the best way to improve our data."
